Delivery estimate: 5–7 business days (Lima) and 7–12 business days (other regions), depending on courier conditions.

Shipping fee: Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Return window: 7 days from delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags.

Exchanges: We can offer exchanges for size/color if stock is available.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We’ll resolve it quickly.

Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected. Timing depends on the payment method and Mercado Pago processing.
